Salary: $68,000–$100,000 + Commission potential

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs across all departments.

• Source, screen, and engage top talent to meet hiring goals. This includes both admin and field staff clinicians: RNs, LPNs, CNAs, PT, OT, SLP. 

• Lead or contribute to full-cycle recruitment efforts, from posting jobs to onboarding.

• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams to create an exceptional hiring experience.

• Help improve and shape our recruitment processes and employer brand.
   

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in recruitment, or talent acquisition,  (all levels welcome).

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to recruiting.

• Comfort using applicant tracking systems and SEO.
