Compensation:
- Full-Time Clinicians: $58,000–$150,000+ annually (based on 20+ visits/week)
- Part-Time Clinicians: Competitive pay based on visits/week

Your Impact as a Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
As a home health pediatric COTA, you’ll work under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to help children reach important developmental milestones and achieve independence in daily routines. You’ll implement treatment plans that focus on fine motor skills, sensory regulation, play, self-care, and school readiness. By engaging children in meaningful, play-based activities, you’ll help them build confidence and functional skills while supporting families with practical strategies they can use every day.
Requirements
- Active Colorado Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- (New graduates and relocating clinicians encouraged to apply)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping children reach their full potential through home-based care
